Summary
I build the layer where the product meets its data.
Frontend-first engineer with hands-on backend experience — seven years in production codebases, from early-stage startups to a large established one. On the client, React and TypeScript. On the server, a Node.js GraphQL layer sitting between the client and the backend services — schema design, resolvers, and shaping the API around what the interface actually needs rather than what the database happens to store.
Before GraphQL, the same job with Node.js, Express and Sequelize: database models, migrations, REST endpoints. That history is why the schema work lands — I know what it costs on both sides of the contract.
